Bilaal ibn Rabah (May Allah be pleased with him) was a black Ethiopian slave who was freed for the sake of Allah by Abu Bakr As-Siddeeq.

 

ABU BAKR AS-SIDDEEQ (r)

His name was Abd-Allah ibn Uthmaan ibn Aamir (May Allah be pleased with him) and he was the companion who accompanied the Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) when he emigrated from Mecca to Medina.

 

UMAR IBN AL-KHATTAB (r)

He was from the nobles of the tribe of the Quraish and before the advent of Islam, he held the position of mediator for the tribe in the event of war.

Islamic Flags

It has been confirmed in many narrations that there are two flags in Islam; the first is called Al-Liwaa and serves as the sign for the leader of the Muslim army. It is also the flag of the Islamic State. The other is termed Ar-Raya and is used by the Muslim army.
